Q. Why do I need Laugh-O-Laundry?

Q. What type of clothes do you care for?

At LOL, we care for a wide range of clothes ranging from a variety of men’s and women’s attire to children’s clothes as well as household items. Service price depends on product size, service needed as well as fabric type. Delicate fabric pieces like your favourite chiffon saree or that silk Kurta from Assam require extra love which comes at an added price!

Q. Do you have a pickup and delivery service?

Yes, we do! Laugh-O-Laundry provides free pick-up and one-day deliveries to the customer’s doorstep. What’s more, we also provide Express services where we take care of your dirty clothes superfast in just 4 hours. And it starts at a minimum rate of only Rs. 20!

Q. Do you segregate clothes before washing?

Segregating clothes is one of the 1st steps of Laundry-101. Before dealing with your dirty clothes, we separate them into various groups depending on fabric types, color, ornamentation, or any other instruction you provide. At LOL, white supremacy is a thing as all white clothes are dealt with with utmost care to make sure they remain spotless.

Q. What products are used while washing my clothes?

Laundry care is nothing but a game of detergents and chemicals. But don’t you worry about your clothes? We use the best quality detergents and stain removers. For your Woollens and other delicate clothes, we use gentle detergents. And if you feel that some of your clothes need fabric softeners, please inform our pick-up executive of the same.

Q. Do you charge extra for stain removal?

No, stain removal is part and parcel of our laundry services and falls within our pledge of making sure you never wear dirty clothes ever again. Having said that, we do charge extra for some stains such as oil-based stains. These may include grease stains from the bus, oily food residues from that dinner party, or any other hard-to-remove stain that might need that extra bit of elbow grease. In some cases, these stains cannot be removed by simple washing and you may have to opt for dry cleaning. It is best you trust our experts and let go of that stress. 

Q. How do I know if I need Dry cleaning services or not?

Dry cleaning is when we use any solvent, other than water to clean our clothes. We recommend you dry clean your clothes if they are made from delicate fabrics like silk, chiffon, wool, velvet, or others, lack color fastness, have ornamentations or embellishments, and/or have a care label that says “DRY CLEAN ONLY” (and you chose not to ignore it)! We do charge a little more for dry cleaning than regular washing so please decide before you drop.

Q. I am a student living alone in the city. Do you have any special services I may avail of?

Yes, of course. We have multiple subscription plans and packages for different types of customers. For the students leading lonely lives in the city, we provide a daily doorstep laundry pickup service and it includes washing, folding, and pressing clothes at a monthly subscription fee starting at only Rs. 89. We have other subscription services as well which include our family saver subscription plan @ Rs. 999, premium dry clean package @ Rs. 899, the Business Attire Package @ Rs. 179 and the Bedding and Linen subscription @ Rs. 100. So, feel free to contact us anytime your clothes need washing and spread the word around. LOL has something for everyone.

Q. What is your refund policy and when is it applicable?

We offer a full refund if your clothes suffer from any damage while at our facilities. Damages covered include product loss, tear, color fade or bleeding, fabric quality damage, or any other. However, we kindly ask you to co-operate with our pick-up executive who conducts a thorough product check during pick-up/delivery. To claim a refund, please post a claim within 10 days of product return and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
